Shamarie Sais, MD, PC
Dr. Shamarie Sais, MD earned her medical degree in 2000 from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, followed by an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency in 2004 and a fellowship in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in 2006. Originally from Belen, New Mexico, Dr. Sais has devoted nearly two decades to serving the Albuquerque community as a compassionate and skilled physician, providing specialized care with a personal touch.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Sais is a mother of six who takes pride in being active in her children’s lives, cheering them on at sports events, and spending quality time with family. She also enjoys golfing with friends, attending church, and hitting the slopes in Taos whenever she can. Her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Hebert, a Musculoskeletal Radiologist at ZIA Diagnostic Imaging in Albuquerque, is currently completing his law degree at the University of New Mexico
Pam Marquez
MA
Pam is a proud mother of two adult children and a devoted Nanna to seven grandchildren, who are the light of her life. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she loves spending time with them making memories through road trips, camping, hunting, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.

She’s passionate about health and wellness, and staying active is a regular part of her routine. Pam is also deeply involved in her church, where she finds purpose in giving back and supporting others.

A lifelong sports fan, she proudly supports the Chicago Bulls, LA Dodgers, and San Francisco 49ers. Whether she’s cheering on her teams or lending a hand, Pam lives with heart, faith, and a passion for helping others. Her kindness, energy, and dedication make her a truly valued part of the La Vida Sana team.
TORI, BSN
Nurse Injector
Tori is a registered nurse and skilled aesthetic injector who brings a warm, supportive presence to every appointment. She became a nurse in 2019 and found her passion for aesthetic medicine in 2024. Since then, she has loved building close connections with her patients and being part of a kind, welcoming team that feels like family.

Tori swam competitively in college for both the University of San Diego and the University of New Mexico. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, especially skiing, hiking, wakeboarding, and practicing yoga.

Tori is also a proud fan of all things Boston sports, something she shares with teammate Michelle Silva. Her caring nature, clinical expertise, and positive energy make her a valued part of the La Vida Sana team.
